Plain language. This is what we collect when you reserve a card, why, and your choices.
What we collect
When you reserve a card we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, city, the card and quantity you want, your intended use, your budget, your preferred payment method, and whether you want a certified card. We also record which listing and price you saw so we can follow up accurately.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one thing: to contact you about your reservation and help you complete the purchase of a tested card. We also look at totals, such as which cards and cities draw the most interest, to decide what stock to carry and at what price.
How we contact you
A member of the team reaches out by WhatsApp, phone, or email about the card you reserved. Follow up may come from a partner brand that handles fulfilment for your region. By reserving and ticking the consent box, you agree to this contact. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Analytics
We use privacy friendly analytics to count page views and actions, such as how many people open a certificate or tap a badge. This is measured in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to build advertising profiles of you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not take payment on this site. Reserving costs nothing.
- We do not share your details beyond the team and the regional partner who follows up on your reservation.
How long we keep it
We keep your reservation details only as long as needed to follow up and serve you, and then we remove them on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the details you gave us, and you can opt out of contact. Email hello@greylot.co and we will action it.
Who we are
Greylot is a tested used GPU marketplace for East and Southeast Asia. Voltry is an independent certification mark referenced on eligible cards and is not the seller.
